Relocation support on Enterprise Linux

Varnish Cache Plus

In the latest Varnish Cache Plus (VCP) release for Enterprise Linux, support

for relocated installs has been added.

This allows for installing Varnish Cache Plus and supporting modules to a separate

file path, for better compartmentalization and easier management.

Initially the main Varnish Plus components will support relocated installs, and

support will be added to the other components as we see the need.
