Varnish Cache Plus 4.0.3r5 available

  • Varnish Cache Plus
    • Varnish Cache Plus 4.0.3r5 is now available in the repositories. All users
    are recommended to upgrade.
     
    This is a maintenance release of the Plus version, which addresses
    recent issues reported by customers. Among them are triggering an
    assert if an object is both banned and being expunged at the same time,
    and more proactive release of VCL references to free up resources earlier.
     
    This builds on the significant improvements to Range request handling for video
    streaming applications that was made in Varnish Cache Plus 4.0.3r4. Encrypted
    backend connections using SSL/TLS are available, as well as the improved storage engine.
