Alibaba Cloud is the third largest global provider of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and the largest in Asia Pacific, according to Gartner. Alibaba Cloud customers can deploy Varnish Cache to Alibaba Cloud’s 69 zones that are strategically located across 23 regions in the world.

We’re excited to announce that Varnish Cache is now available as an app on the DigitalOcean marketplace, the premier cloud platform for developers. The Varnish Cache instances are pre-configured and it takes just one click to deploy Varnish on to VMs or Kubernetes clusters, so you can be up and caching in no time at all!

As the Covid-19 crisis started ramping up, and lockdowns became inevitable, e-commerce sites were among the first to take a hit. This was especially true for e-commerce retailers providing essential services, such as online grocery shopping and delivery.
